Veteran Goaltender Zach Riveland agreed graciously to stand in net, withot leg pads, in an attempt to
even things out, based on the no second goalie or pads dilemmna. Zach also was forced to play with a baseball glove.
Kelly Grotte took the net for the other side, standing in only for the night. Needless to say, stats were not taken
due to the catastrophe.
Kelly Grotte has announced that he is planning to delve into the league's emergency stash in order to
purchase an extra set of pads, so the same statless series storm does not strike again.
