	Game Summary: Clark Scores Benches' Clearing Goal See Other Game Summaries The first series of February on the first day of February started out the month with renewed energy.  It was the first time Sam Martin put on the goalie pads for the GHL, the tenth person to do so this year, and he did a surprisingly great job getting 2 wins, making the saves he should have, and even robbing some goals.  One goal he couldn't rob however was Clark Swanson's benches clearing, game winning, first career goal when he came down 2 on 0 with Brent Larson in the first game in a 4-4 tie, faked the pass and snuck the puck 5 hole on Martin, who did all he could to stop the play, for the 5th and final goal of the game.  "It wasn't a big deal, considering all the goals I've scored this year," said Clark about the goal.     The series came to an abrupt and unfortuanate end when Wayne Riveland went down in the 4th game, GHL Black leading 3-2 (they got the win), with a pulled hamstring.  The GHL veteran had to crawl across the ice, and the Rink manager had to open the end gates for Wayne, where three medical assistants helped the injured player to the nearest medical facility (Grotte's garage).  Wayne is expected to be out for at least 3 weeks.  Hopefully, he will make it back before the season ends.     PLAYER NOTES:       Clark Swanson scores first career goal in game winning fashion--receives 1st star of the night.     Brandon Hellevang returns to the GHL for the first time in about 12 series to score 4 goals and an assist.  The last series he played in was the 3rd, when he led the league in points.   Brent Larson goes on hot streak, accumulating 5 points tonight, receives 2nd Star.   Zach Myron remains on a hot streak scoring 6 points.   Nich returns as a player, after playing goalie 2 consecutive series, scores 6 points.   Andrew Grotte misses first game of the GHL 07-08 season to attend a Thompson basketball game.       NEW: Month of January Recap   There are now only 2 players who have played every game this season(56)      ---Nich Riveland----Jason Grotte----CONGRATULATIONS!!   Andrew Grotte ended his streak with 52.  Good Streak.
